ST. PAUL -- The head cross country coaches from Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) member schools will join together for a half hour-long chat session on Thursday, October 30 at 12 p.m. The chat session will give fans and media an opportunity to interact with the head coaches as teams prepare for the upcoming 2014 UMAC Cross Country Championship.
